3. All goods must be paid for in full, prior to despatch.

Delivery, Returns & Refunds.

Within the UK, items are only posted via Royal Mail, fully insured with signature required. Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days and you will be e-mailed on dispatch.

Overseas delivery may be arranged by prior agreement and notice of an appropriate delivery charge, upon which you agree to before the order is processed. Orders will only be sent via a fully insured, with signature required, service. Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days and you will be e-mailed on dispatch.

Returns Policy

Item(s) may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the same condition as sent. Refund(s) will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) only. The Buyer is responsible for paying the initial post & packaging costs plus the return postage cost of the item(s). Item(s) must be returned via the same postage service as initially sent (signed for and fully insured).
